Risk-Based Criteria
Phase 2 selections were made using risk-based audit criteria — 20 to 200 taxpayers selected from each tax circle across Bangladesh.
Two-Phase Selection
Phase 1 (July 2025): 15,494 returns via random selection. Phase 2 (April 2025): 72,341 returns via risk-based automated system.
